Here's my Tracert from here in the UK. It looks like cogentco is affecting me, even here.
Though there are a few other issues in there as well.
I was able to log in earlier, but I kept having to restart the client from scratch to change character, or to log back in after a DC.
Also, I hadn't DC'd in over 2 months up until last night, where I DCd 8 times in one night.

There's also a relatively large latency spike from cogentco from Boston though.
Weird that the route is being sent via paris. Iirc, it normally goes from the UK straight to the US rather than going via France.
