This is a user based Technical support section. I would try posting in the cash shop or billing section or submitting a ticket to customer service. They should help you with Zen charges relatively quickly since it impacts their bottom line.

Yes those are common issues to look into when you are having connection issues. All us Tech (Techno is a music style) guys use them often but they are not the only things that may cause a connection issue. When other people are able to connect to the servers and only some people can not, it does not mean it is an issue…

He was a bad boy and he was banned. He has tried many times to say how sorry he was in order to have his account unbanned. They have not unbanned his account yet.

The posts that you were linked to state that the auto run is not working properly. Find where you downloaded the installer files to. (download location) Find Install.exe and double click it. Should work. If it does not you will need to state what happened when you followed these instructions.

If the set up files downloaded to your desktop...then double click install.exe on your desktop...no need to go searching through your C: drive if you know where they are.

Does the credit card holder name and the account (PWI) owner name match. If not that may be your issue. Billing can correct me if I am wrong but the credit card holder probably needs to fill out a form to allow it.

The characters are not invisible on my system, there is something wrong with the way yours is configured.

As a Tideborn when you are meditating you turn into a Mermaid form and also when you are swimming and use your fish form skill you become Mermaid form. You can not maintain this form while walking on land though.

What version of DX comes with Win8? Possibly something that could be tried with Win8 is the "full redistributable" installer for the DX end user run time. That may work for the Win8 where the Web installer fails with the OS error.

You need to update your DirectX version from Microsoft. You can use the Web installer for any version of DirectX even 11 as distributed with Win7 and it will work... http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35

Looks like the game is opening the INI file for auto run instead of correctly using the INI file to run... Install.exe Can you loctae the download location you saved the files to and manually execute Install.exe?
