All my Zen is Missing

Where my ZEN?

When i recently bought Zen and went to transfer it to the server i play on a damn error page came up and now my freaking money is gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent in a Ticket but I douibt it will be resolved and therefore i believe i loss $200.00

    Has this happened to anyone else during the time frame when the pages had error and facebook and dq item pages werent working correctly! I know it happend to a few but do not see many complaining about it.

    This is a user based Technical support section.

    I would try posting in the cash shop or billing section or submitting a ticket to customer service.

    They should help you with Zen charges relatively quickly since it impacts their bottom line.
