That cape could work until you can afford a better cape like TM99 tormet/cloudcharger/nirvana and when you basically reach endgame and can get decent -channelling without sacrificing defense. I have TM99 tormet myself and it's pretty epic ~ to hell with -channelling when you have -30% already
