it does appear but its named "Psychic Trainer" instead of "Wizard Trainer". in that case its easier to just untick the card grade from the scroller and search for it manually finding the closest possible named card, albeit wizard trainer was the only one i noticed differently.

by "level 4 weapons" are u refering to those lvl 20-30 ish weapons that state theyre Lv. 4" on them? cause if so then thats your problem. to level up BS lv4 you need to craft items that require lv4 blacksmith to make, like TT70 weapons or weapons that have "Lv. 7" or "Lv. 8" on them.

for a couple levels the log will e mostly empty, around the50s--60s if i remember, but higher up it fills up quite fast and with alot fo the quests giving 100-300k xp per you'll level at a nice pace to end up with too many quests in ur log so its nothing rly to worry about, just doing your BHs and other dailies to lv…

Endless Breeze gave me 2% skill dmg per level, at lv4 (arcane sky X which i assume is max u can get at 1st rebirth) its a total of 8%. it might be that the passives give different values based on class as opposed to certain %s altogether.
