Problem learning AEU Skill

Oki so I found the lv 100 book called Soul Link in a cat shop.
I compared it to the database book and it look to be the right one for learning the advance form of the lv 80 morai skill.

So i,m Sage celestial, 2 reborn veno 101/102/103 whit 30 mil spirit and 50 mil coins in inv.
When I go to the veno learning npc the skill does not show up.
I tried the npc in
lost city, 1k, hell, paradise, arch north and south. I check in morai....

So where do I go to learn this skill, is it broken ?

    are you sure you have the lvl 80 version learned?

    are you sure you havent already learned the skill? there was a thread a while back where someone asked the exact same thing as you are and it had turned out that the person's gf had leanred the skill w/o his knowledge.
    with the soul link skills it would be easier to get confused as, as far as i remember the lv100 skill book is named exactly like the lv80 skill book.

    If you don't see the book to learn it at the NPC inside heaven/hell, try the NPC outside in 1K. Some books are learned out there instead.

    Offtopic question: why are you lvling current reincarnation instead of previous, while lvling historical takes same time but gives you more stats?

    Maybe (s)he meant 103/102/101 (the format more commonly used).

    Anyway ontopic:
    Try other NPC's besides heaven/hell, check if you really haven't learned the level 100 version of it already, some names are very similair of those morai skills.

    Other than that I can't really think of anything that should be going wrong.

    Check the cultivation requirement on the book:
    - Celestial Sage/Demon: Use the Sage/Demon trainer, even if the skill doesn't have the full or empty circle in front of it.
    - Aware of Vacuity + Lvl 100: Use the standard trainers found in the main world.

    Soul Link (100) is a Vacuity skill. Prerequite: Soul Link (80)

    Be sure you have the book in your inventory, that you've not learned the skill before, and that you meet the prerequisite skills. Be aware that it requires 5M spirit and 5M gold, have those available too..
