both myriad rainbows, human and fox, are a CHANCE skill. it has a CHANCE to inflict any of 4 or al 4 or any combo of the 4 statuses. it doesnt mean it will always proc. take for example demon ironwood, its a "20% chance" but most demon venos will tell you that they hardly ever see it proc.

theres no "fix" rly, just some remedies as the link above state. its a common bug that happens to alot of ppl, only happened to me once or twice tho.
