These are PVE relevant. SW needs to be addressed in PVP as well. That is where their dmg suffers the most because burst damage is king there. DoTs need to be piercing or something for the dps effectiveness does not even come close to other classes.
Looks like great work on Mod11b so far. One feedback point: Loadouts *should* be able to change mount insignias. They are already free to slot in and out and they are part of a build. I just don't see any reason why not, is all.
