It's only 1 per account I think. Also, pick the Sheltered Wizard's Cache with a character that can use the Ensorcelled weapon. It is bound to character(!) The rest of the items are bound to account.

The toggle is Z key (turn it on and off) But you also need to activate tracking itself by double clicking the quest on your right screen where it shows (x). There seem to be a bug with it so you need to keep clicking the x (red) to activate it to (green). Or go to J key and click the boxes itself.

Some sub-faces of each race has costumization options available only that sub-face. Sub-face aka, different face types. That's probably what you're seeing. Or else the option is a Zen Store/Campaign Package only. So check every sub-face to see if that unlocks the option you saw.

J key to get to your quest window. It should be easy to figure out where you left of. Tick and untick quests so it shows in your right side screen. And Z to toggle your waypoint guide (sparkles).
