Artifact powers on 13 hr cool down 18 hrs ago.What to do?

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I changed artifacts now can not change or use artifact. It says cool down starts at 13 hr now 18 hr later 11 hr cool down. Can anyone HELP???

    I don't know the layout on console, but is your artifact equipped on the 4,5,6 consumable/trinket slot or a trinket on an artifact slot? That's a bug that sometimes pops up on PE chat.

    Same thing is happening to me, except with my potion tray...basically all my healing items are on cooldown as soon as i put them on or remove them they go to 12 hr cooldown
    :(
