serissa hair style rip off scam

after buying the serissa hair style it clearly does not state what race its for and cant be used on gyth. I feel like I got ripped off and want my money back. I cant find it under hair styles when i go to change it at the wizard in PE

    I just opened one on my Gith just to check. It unlocked on Alteration Wizard on all face types (round, square etc.)

    After buying the Serissa style did you opened it? If so, maybe log out first then relog so the system updates your account. Also it's only available on female. Did you scroll down the hair types?

    Lastly check all 'base' face styles. There's a quirk with the character creation where some style only unlock on certain 'base' preset style. So go back to the 'base' preset styles (with the large selection of presets) then toggle back to detailed tab and check the hair.

    Mine is unlocked on my female Gith.

    I did check my bags but either missed the style kit or it was not there. I had to open it. Guess i went in to a range for nothing lol.
