Agree. This needs a fix. Also whats up with the shard not hitting anything half of the time? Everyday I see my shard just go right through 3-5 people several times without exploding. Even happens in PvE without a HR.

Well I can choose to spend my 500k AD to buy a blue better stone, or spend 500k on each green stone to upgrade it to blue and get a worse stone than the Ioun one.

in my opinion, tenacity is going to kill PvP for me since nobody would want to play with a Control Wizard without control. Since Armpen is not working for most of our PvP powers and we are squishy, the control was the only thing we had. Without that, I dont see why anyone would choose us for PvP.
