Yeah, I wouldn't call it a mistake--merely a delay; sometimes stuff happens that can cause delays. That's why I pointed out the preview patch notes that are usually the ones that go live anyways.

The preview patch notes are ALMOST always the patch notes that go live. Most of the time, they just copy and paste into the live patch notes. But I do get what you're saying. It would be nice to get the "official" live patch notes at a reasonable time prior to the patch.

No. unfortunately, you can only start over on the new weapons and take the reduced convert to RP on the old weapons.

I ran into the same issue too. I just couldn't switch to one of my loadouts. It would act like it was changing to the loadout but didn't actually switch to it. In IG, you can't vote kick as far as I can tell. No matter how long has passed, if you right-click on anyone, the option to Vote Kick just is not available (I can't remember off-hand if it is grayed out or if it is not available at all, but either way, you can't vote-kick in IG).

You can try reinstalling NW into a folder in your Public folder instead of in Program Files. The Public folder is usually less restrictive and may work out better in the long run for you. If you overlevel an area, you can now force the exclamation point to show up for quests by turning on the option. In the Options, on the Interface tab, in the HUD section. Turn on "Show Low Level Quest Indicators".

unless they change what it is from Preview, you get 2 free loadouts--basically, your "current' settings and a new, alternate one that you can set.

Bug: Trying to copy the loadouts from one to another does not seem to be working (yet?) When clicking on the Replace Loadout button on the Loadouts dialog, I see this in the chat window: [13:35] [System Notify] Unknown command "CopyEntityLoadoutToIdx". The loadout doesn't actually get copied.

Also, note that you can't use the class sigils (as well as certain other artifacts that come in packs like the Heart of the Red Dragon artifact from the dragonborn pack) as feeders into other Artifacts.

If somebody is "spamming" in the wrong chat and you don't like it, you always have the option of just ignoring them (right-click in their name in the chat window and select Ignore); then you'll never see them again. Problem solved.

I would recommend you try some skirmishes first before doing a dungeon if you haven't really played the "endgame content" much before. It will help you get seals for the the t1 gear as well as get you practice on working together. You can start with the really easy ones like Master of the Hunt, etc just so you get used to…

Any account unlocked companion should be available to any new characters that you create in the future. Do Kessell's Retreat. You get about 670 or so Rough BI in the end chest every completion. Also, if you use the KR key for the 2nd chest, there's the same rough BI in there also.

Your calculations were spot on. I redid this and the runs with the Owlbear turned out to be approx. 14% shorter than the ones with the Ioun Stone.

You're right. I thought about the time afterwards but didn't feel like rerunning everything again at this time; the owlbear runs definitely "felt" faster. I also found it interesting that it produced the 3rd/4th most damage. I can certainly see it hitting a lot more if I reduce my crit.

When I've noticed this bug, it's usually after I've done a lot of refining on my artifacts/artifact equipment. It seems to happen more when I've used the "Fill Next Empty Slot" button and it pulls items from my personal bank.

IIRC, you get a quest to go talk to the npc from Knox.
