Okay - thanks! It just didn't look right to me. They specifically said "all mounts will have 3 slots" for the patch so that reinforced my thinking.

ADDED: All the mount insignia slots were full on all 29 characters - that should help.

All of my characters are missing insignia. I'm currently consolidating to re-allocate, which I probably should have waited to do, sorry. Of my 16 toons only 4 got the quest to see Elminster when they entered Protector's Enclave. Nothing for the others.

@nitocris83 Any word on this? It is very frustrating and I have a toon with AoE Encounter Powers not working that also has the HE bug. I'd like to get clarification that it isn't a factor.

The targeting assist option was off so I turned it on (nothing), and turned it back off (still nothing). No change, but thanks for the suggestion.

Reset did nothing :( . I removed all gear, all comp gear/runes, and all mount insignias. Even swapped out main hand weapon - no changes at all. The only difference is that this cleric has the Heroic Encounters bug and the other doesn't.

I was randomly able to claim a few but the initial one is still broken. Elemental Evil is the culprit in my case, which sucks because 11 of my 15 toons are on that Campaign and 2 more just finished and have the error.

I made sure all items were applied to all loadouts (I only use one). Just went back in game and unequipped then re-equipped then reapplied to loadout. No change. Had targeting set to second press - reset to on release - no change. Appreciate the help though. :)
