I had the same issue recently trying to complete that quest. The task for Soldier's gemmed elemental chausses would NEVER become available. I kept checking every hour as well as a couple of my alts which have mailsmithing rank 25 and still nothing! I ended up buying one off the AH after a couple days, very annoying.

Yep, I'm on PS4 but same issue. The longer I'm running the siege event is when that starts to happen. If I close the game and reopen it works fine for a bit but then eventually same thing.

What annoys me the most is when you make a key for a specific dungeon it takes 20 hours. I just recently finished some RD and haven't started on the shroud of souls part yet. I've knocked out all the portals working on opening up the dungeon part. I'll check and see what's next and get back to you.

Well I have to say the CS team were great, I got back all my items. I just invoked then went into my bag and saw everything in there I had lost, felt like Xmas. LoL I'm grateful, I really didn't think I'd get anything back.

Same here. I've noticed after I run any dungeons, skirmishes, or go to areas with high instances it seems to happen often. I'll have to close the application and turn it back on then everything is normal but it's just a matter of time before I have to do it again.
