Challenge tokens and achievement tokens not dropping

My husband has been doing the Harvester event since its start and is missing one challenge token because they did not drop as they were supposed to also the achievement tokens are also not dropping as the event describes. I do understand that these are bugs but these do need to be addressed for players so that they may at least have the correct amount of tokens.

    I haven’t gotten 1 challenge token yet, these were the main tokens I was playing for. I’m done wasting my time with this event.

    Now that the event has ended, the event NPC has been removed and now we are unable to spend our tokens. If this was meant to be, it should have been stipulated to use the coins before the NPC disappeared. This is most likely a bug as well, please add the NPC back to Protector's Enclave.

    In the original announcement of the event, it posted it red saying there is no last chance vendor.

    Noted. Thanks. Other events were copied and pasted so it was hard to know for sure.

    And on the playstation itself it did not mention the vendor. So unless you looked at the website you would not know.

    None of this addresses OP's issue. I am thinking of returning. I investigate and get a vibe on per device-response.

    Is OP stating ~there was an event>the event had a daily token>the token needed to be collected each day the event was live>collecting daily was the only path to accrue the necessary token amount for a specific Event NPC item>BUT the token was bugged, making the acquisition of the item IMPOSSIBLE

    Is my understanding correct?
