The whole problem stems from there not being enough clerics playing PVP to have one on each side for the most part. Most of us don't bother doing PVP campaign. Only reason I started doing PVP again is for Profound set.
I rarely have any lag problems, but running this CTA was a nightmare at times. One point the game look like it froze while fighting the boss. It does work with fawn. Burning Guidance works best in party that taken damage. When you solo it still goes off, just not as much. Works best with Astral Shield.
Use AS on a group of guards fighting zombies outside the dread ring camp and burning guidance went off about every two seconds. Need to test it again, but it seems the more people in the radiance of the spell the most likely it bound to go off. Should be good in GG and PVE.
More inactive maps. For example a ruins map that is slowly filling up with water with nodes on different levels. Once that level is fill with water the only way to get back to that area is to work a pump on the top level to drain the water which take time.
If you use anointed army in pvp it tends to go down fast so timing is everything. It can be a life saver at times but unless you chain it with prophetic action or divine exaltation it just takes a bit longer to die.
First off DC don't heal themselves as much as they do to other classes due to righteousness. So you want to give us another penalty because there a few good geared DC out there? Most of the heals we have heal over time so why the need for a delay counter? Leave things as they are.

Was using my main level 42 DC for this event. There were a lot of groups where someone would run off on their own and not wait for everyone. Hard to heal when there two different battles going on. I personally use Astral Seal, SF as my at wills and Sunbrust, BOH, Healing words as my heals. A lot of groups didn't use pots…
