How is Anointed Army?

I'm looking over the tooltip (which makes it sound great) however searching the forums it looks like it does not perform as advertised, before I choose this Paragon Path I'd like to get some updated opinions on the ability and how it performs in PvP mainly, so let me know your thoughts and experiences.     If you use anointed army in pvp it tends to go down fast so timing is everything. It can be a life saver at times but unless you chain it with prophetic action or divine exaltation it just takes a bit longer to die.

    You can frustrate some good gf's and eat their prones, which is going to help a lot since one prone (leading to another, to another...), against a good gf, means you are basically dead.

    Then again, it's all about timing which can't be learnt otherwise than by playing (a lot). I have it slotted all the time on pvp.

    the new daily kind of suck

    still fail to find it to be effective no matter in PVP or PVE, Divine Armor or Hallow Ground are just better.
