TOD Task Not Showing Up

Got the common cause task for icespire peak. It won't let me start the task fix their wagons.

    There's a bug that can happen with various quests that are part of Common Cause.

    You actually get the quest from the NPC next to the one who one who gives you Common Cause. However, the bug is that it doesn't always appear right away. After picking up Common Cause, you need to stay there until you get the other quest. Sometimes it's a couple of seconds, sometimes as much as a few minutes. I have no idea what causes it, but it caught me out, too.

    I logged back in today and it finally came up.
