This may seem like a trivial thing but since I paid real cash for it it has me feeling riipped off.
The zen market description of the retraining token shows it as an actual inventory item, so when I was shopping I bought 2 for my alts but discovered that it is not an inventory item or transferable even though the description doesn't say bound to character.
So now I have 2 retrainings available to my one character that doesn't need retraining and probably never will, and none on my 2 characters that actually need it. This really should be bound to account at the very least.
If they are going to charge cash for something the description needs to be less ambiguous.
To add insult to injury, after spending 15 minutes in game filing a support ticket - the ticket has disappeared with no reply whatsoever.
I don't mind paying for stuff, but it should be as described.
WAY TOO MANY THINGS BOUND TO CHARACTER (yes I know the previous is all in caps)... I can't think of a single valid reason for anything to be bound to character, bound to account I can understand somewhat but not so many items bound to character, other than to make the game just a little more inconvenient for players and flat out greed, where a player need to buy the same item multiple times just to properly outfit their characters.
One of the biggest arguments I have about buying multiple character slots is the fact that when one player levels out of their gear, that gear cannot be bequeathed to an alternate character of the same class, that and as the previous poster already mentioned one character who has AD's should be able to purchase something for the other characters on the same account, without having to inconveniently jump through the hoops of transferring AD's through the zen market from one character to another on the same account just to make that purchase.
Even the "bind on equip" items should be bound to account, not bound to character IMO... If I prefer to play a cleric for example and spend the time and effort to outfit that character properly with what I believe to be the best gear for their level, I should be able to transfer that gear to an alternate character of the same class should I want to make another - why the heck not?
*already there have been several items that when purchased or acquired was not bound, or not bound to character and I put them in my personal bank, or have a friend 'hold it for me in their bank', only to find that when the item is withdrawn, even to transfer them from one slot to another or return it to the origional owner, that item is suddenly much to my ire, bound to a character which didn't even need that item in the first place... Of course when I contacted support about this (as far as I can tell) unannounced change, they just inform me that they "cannot" unbind an item that has been bound to character - which we all know is probably a fallacy, the support people and/or devs probably "can" make those kind of changes - but either they have been told not to, or just choose not to, because of incessant requests to unbind things from players (which wouldn't be a problem if they weren't bound to character, or changed to be bound to character in the first place. [end of rant]
Bugs>i can think of 1 major one right now. Castle never and Epic Lair of Lostmouth (sp sucks sry i use CN and elol constantly) Seem to randomly loose their red areas. At first i thought it was my computer but i have heard others complaining about it from many other runs so im guessing its out there. During CN, especially on the ilithalitch the red zones never show up. now its not such a big deal for me now since i can tell from the bosses action now when we gonna have spikes that i just pop a 2 second invincibility and or block and im safe till the spikes are gone and can safely keep making the boss more and more mad at me but some others don't have that ability and its hard trying to pick people up when everyone but the tank died. minor bug>Paladin Vow of somethingorother (sorry the actual name has slipped my mind) when somi came out the skill was changed to not last as long, and be cancleable which was a good call i liked the idea on the play aspect but not on the logic aspect. 1) a paladin would never cancel a vow unless they died...some not even then, 2) if the vow is completed (ie runs out or mob dies) should not have a cd on it. the bug with it is if you have vow cast on a mob and you kill the mob and turn to cast it on a new mob, it cancels the old one and causes a cd timer to start....thats not good for a paladin like mine which is a healer and not high on the dps scale to begin with. also to cast vow now you have to cast it and cant touch anything until the animation finishes or it interrupts the vow and puts it on cd.....so i cant hit vow while holding left mouse button to atk cause its a nonstop cd loop if i do. (gawd i hope that made sense)
Issues. only 2 really 1) SoMI made mid IL players useless even moreso than we already were. gear that use to be good is now frowned upon and the forced repeats for the same thing everyone has is kinda boring. that said please upgrade or fix ele weapons so that they can rech IL 150/155 on mythic status so that people can be a little more personable and not the same as everyone else.
2) the AH crash after SoMI. i thought it was just me and i didnt complain much but i did send in a ticket and never got a reply but now i keep finding more and more people that had the same issue. When the AH crashed alot of people couldnt see their consignments on the AH anymore. no biggie. when the AH came back up majority of people had their items back on the AH right where they should be....some people couldn't see their stuff but it was still being sold meaning it was on the AH, some other reported that they received their items back in the mail after their auction expired. but a few never got any of their stuff back. personally i lost a bunch of bottles and some other important stuff that i cant remember off the top of my head. but the bottles are what hurt the most since at the time they were selling for 40k AD each and i had over 100 on the AH.
Thats my only issues with the game right now. unless you wanna add a bag to the boat so that we can store our pole and fish somewhere since there is nowhere near enough room with all the new stuff from SoMI even with max legendary bags
1- Stop putting gear and progress stuff like marks at 5% or less chance. It's annoying to be forced to run something 500 times to get something and once you get them you don't need to put your feet in that dungeon anymore because there's nothing more there. Example: I had to run FBI like 300 times, now that I have all the set pieces there's nothing there for me, I won't run a 20-30min dungeon (depending on the group) for a flawless sapphire as end reward. Give us nice rewards and decent drop rates so we don't get sick of running the same content for months as an obligation and we still want to run it after we get the gear (head, chest, etc) from it.
2- Fix all the bugs. If it's a lot to ask in a single item, then fix dungeon bugs. The first time I played Neverwinter I thought "Man, this game is perfect and awesome"...but when I saw people bugging Lostmauth I laughed so hard and I thought "this is ridiculous". Seriously, I love Neverwinter, but all these bugs make the game look like a joke, a bad joke.
a- Orcus ignoring players to attack companions, then the companion dies and he stays stationary doing nothing until the companion comes back to life and then he hits the companion again. I know you can say it's not a bug but still it's a ridiculous way for a boss to behave, even more for a DEMON LORD said to be the closest to Demogorgon in power, he's like the top 5 most powerful being (excluding gods) from the lower planes and acts like a dumb caster.
b- AA making the group immune to Drufi's Call of Winter.
c- People relogging while walking against Drufi's door after they die so they can rejoin the fight.
d- People fighting Drufi alone and relogging inside making her to get stuck in a corner without doing nothing, thus leading the fight to a fight against a dummy instead of a boss since she doesn't do Call of Winter and doesn't move.
f- Tiamat's Black Dragon head being unable to be targeted if someone crosses the red line earlier, leading to a wasted chance of winning.
g- One of the phases in Prophecy of Madness is bugged and depending on how you do it, the second phase is entirely skipped, leading to an easier and faster victory, but no Gold reward since you get bronze (if I recall correctly) for the second phase.
Like a guy said in another topic, neverwinter is a nice game that sometimes looks like a mobile game app full of bugs.
3- Stop making EVERYTHING to cost AD or zen, this sounds like a "money hunt" from you and it's ugly. I understand you need money to run the game but to make everything needed to be a good character to cost ad and zen is not cool. This is the first game I need to pay that much to reset my build...really? 100k ad to reset my build? I have 13M ad at the moment but everytime I want to reset my build it annoys me, I feel I'm being stabbed with a knife (like we say in my country). I want to rename my companion? AD. I want to upgrade an enchant? Ad or Zen, because preservation wards don't drop in dungeons or are rewarded by doing quests, not to mention coalescent wards. I want to use a transmute? AD!!! even though I already payed for the transmute. I want to upgrade my companion? AD. I want an adorable gear? Lockbox = zen (and there's NO WAY to get adorable bites gear besides buying keys or buying it directly from the AH). I want an erynies of belial? Zen, it doesn't drop from anywhere else. I want a legendary mount? Lockbox, or tenths of millions on the AH. The best: I want to open a chest for the time I spent in a dungeon? AD...or zen for VIP to get free keys. Really? I spend 5-30min in a dungeon and I have no rights to get a reward for free? You can say the bosses drop random items, yes, they do...but I believe we deserve the chest for free for the time I spent there. I have more than 2,000 keys scattered on my toons but still seems unfair.
My suggestion? Give us a chance (even if minimal) to get these things from our efforts (maybe in a dungeon or by completing a whole campaign). Maybe putting preservation wards to drop, coalescent wards to drop at low drop chance. Give us a way to get something we can get only from lockboxes like adorable gear. Stop asking ad and zen for everything we need, it's annoying. In DDO you payed like 2 gold to reset your build and 2 gold was nothing. I won't talk about blizzard games because you can say it's not a f2p game, so...there's the DDO example. Make an item like "rename token (companion only)" to drop from some bosses so we can rename our companions without needing to pay ad for it.
For example. In DDO (no, I'm not saying DDO is a better or worse game, actually I prefer neverwinter 1,000 times) you could buy +6 tomes from the store, they gave your toon more stats, they costed around 50 dollars if I recall correctly. But, you could get them from the new raid, even though it was at 1% chance and at the most difficult setting for the raid. What we need in my opinion is a fair chance to get something that can only be obtainable with Zen/Lockbox even if the drop rate is low. I know it's against what I asked in the number 1 item but it would be fair since you still need to sell zen to make the game run. Making zen/lockbox-only items is not a nice move in my opinion. I'm totally cool with 1% drop rate chance for rare companions, mounts, but I'm against 5% chance to get a gear like a chest or a ring, something called progress.
I'm not here for 1 year so I haven't participated in Winter Festival. I heard you can get really nice rewards from it, like preservation wards and bondings. But, it's just 1 month-length, and then everything is back to normal.
Edit: Something to add to number 1. Look at this:
This pack contains a high chance to gain your choice of an: [Apparatus of Gond] Mount [Embellished Apparatus of Gond] Mount
HIGH chance? Really? I just opened 18 on preview and got only ONE choice of a mount. Really? Is this high chance? Don't throw the RNG excuse on me. I guess this is the standard of Cryptic's for HIGH. High for me is 51%+, because you have more chances to get it than not to get it. That description on the creations of wonder pack is a lie.

I feel that companion upgrade tokens should be capable of being transferred between characters on account, as Gold and Tarmalune trade bars currently are. I don't think it would be too difficult to implement such a feature into the facility that exists in the Manycoins Bank and it would allow players with a surplus of tokens and maxed out companions on a character, the opportunity to upgrade companions on an alternate character more easily, without having to forfeit hard earned Astral Diamonds to do so. After all players have paid real money for those tokens by purchasing lockbox keys and it would be really useful to make full use of the tokens. I doubt this thought/suggestion will ever get picked up, upon or ever implemented but I would certainly find it a great help if such a feature was available, as would many other players I'm sure. After all with Christmas approaching my lower companions would welcome a boost. Here's hoping for something magic to happen in the near future,
Fix the connection between arc and game - i had the game installed - ran it from the .exe in game folder - it updated 3 gig as expected since havnt played in a while i tried running it after patched - kept freezing halway through loading in the game - so i went and downloaded Arc and it doesnt find the game - well it did but had a install button to it instead of play - so i hit install and guided the install to the pre existing directory - in the hope it would scan or take into account files already there- No it started a full 9+gig download - and by the looks of it deleted files that were in the directory . as i am in Australia and am on a capped internet plan this isnt great for me - so all i ask is for the techs to look into configuring launchers and or arc software to please scan or pre fetch data already present to install directories -
Need Dungeons back, need everything that drops to be either BoE or Bound to Account. I do not want to repeat farming of gear on alts, I rather not play them at all. If I don't play alts, I play less, I use less resources and gear (such as companions, mounts, insignias, enchantments etc) that in turn hurts the community as less used equals to less sold. Work on boon unlocking for alts to be something that goes a LOT faster. Stop having specials on Credit Card buys only. In the end someone had to buy the Zen, so what does it matter if you make these sales for Zen instead.
1. Elemental Evil campaign needs some love - it is boooooooooorrring and too much of a grind fest make me really not want to level up any more alts (in fact I actually purchased a new alt just to avoid having to go through that ghastly campaign again.....oh wait, mayhap that was your plan all along? 2. SW & the fire bolt (slight graphical bug) but the ball often times does not fly where I am aiming it but somewhere completely different. The enemy still feels the burn though but it is slightly annoying. 3. This has probably been raised before but the texture loading bug really does need to be sorted sometime. I have an awesome system (mega RAM, high-end Display Card, High End Processor and very fast SSD's for both OS and Games so I am not sure why I still get these - it must be a bug somewhere.
Anyway - loving the game, only about a year into playing it and having a blast

Completely agree with #1 and #3 (not playing an SW right now so n/a on item 2).
I have a request, could you PLEASE give us the option to solo the dungeons, I'm so tired of getting stuck with level 70's running thru just what they need to, killing EVERYTHING in thier path and waiting, sometimes impaiently, for me to catch up. It's no fun for me. I do realize there are those that like that, but i'm not one of them. Please give us the option to solo the dungeons.

This has been a reoccurring issue for quite a few people, in one discussion we even had one of those level 70 people who run through dungeons trying to blame slower or lower level characters for "not keeping up"... *shakes head in disbelief.
What seems to be worse in my opinion are the higher level characters farming low level dungeons NOT killing everything in their path, then waiting impatiently while lower level players have to fight their way through all the bad guys they left behind.
I don't think the answer is to be able to solo dungeons, but maybe something like a person can only get the maximum experience points, astral diamonds or chest rewards Once... They can repeat the dungeon as often as they like, but the compensation at the end is drastically reduced after the first time it's run.
That's the way it already is on the campaign quests from Captain Belgold in Protectors Enclave, Of Dwarves and Farms I believe.
Specific Systems - Whether it's PvP, PvE, Performance, Foundry or even events, what aspect of the game needs the most attention. Keep this very high-level and broad, as well. !
Alright I am posting 3 points in hopes the Dev Gods see them. 1. The Foundry seems to not be working, when I go into the editor and attempt to edit or begin creation, I open my options bar for Derails, customization and such and I have no map choices, details or rooms to choose from. It's essentially made it to where any new foundries cannot be made and changing something in an existing foundry is a high risk. 2. The mass server side lag spikes are getting much, much, much, much worse. I understand with every event the game puts on there is a significant strain on Neverwinter's poor servers that being the case I usually don't mind some lag. Although as of January 17 I have noticed the lag become so bad in the wake of the prolonged winter festival normal game play is severely Impaired to the point I almost don't want to play. This is not a personal issue effecting only myself I have asked Alliance and several of my friends if they have had the same issues and they have. Please do what you can to help us enjoy the game with menial lag as it's become ridiculous. 3. I have noticed the CW class for a while now being gravely under powered as compared to other classes. I am not a min max-er to the spec I can honestly offer any Dev worthy specs about the meat of the class, but I would like to bring to attention one thing in particular that broke my heart as a CW and made me rethink my main. A CW at 4K built for DPS in Pvp or PvE will never do better then another class. Now the argument here I would go to is that we're a control class, but then again with the nerf in mod 4 and 6 we are not a control class, nor are we a DPS class. CW's serve no purpos and lack a since of fulfillment in parties to the point playing a CW is more depressing then it ever was. I would like to see the class either be given a way to be better at controlling as even with the Valandra set our CC is severely lacking as to what it once was. On the other hand if you foresee to many complications with giving a control class more control, then perhaps give them a dps boost so that they can be on par with other classes after having put so much work into the character. It's truly anticlimactic to put so much effort for so many years into a character only to now be obsolete by everyone's view.
And this is what should happen here too, get a list of all the issues listed in here, and then give us a weekly/monthly update on what is going on about them.
I mean, the latest survey seems to be headed into the right direction, but what about some direct official feedback right back into this thread here?

Updating on a single issue is already a pretty exhausting endeavor but I agree that more frequent updates to known issues would be something worth considering. My only concern would be that it would cause additional friction between the community and development team if prioritization of issues didn't align on a consistent basis.

So maybe update a running list of items that are being looked at, rather than a comprehensive update on each item? I understand that we, the community, all feel our particular pet issues are the ones that need to be prioritized. I also feel the other side, as I have been in a position of having to field and prioritize a wide variety of "wants" and "needs", and many times, people do not understand why you "don't just fix X..." or why you "fixed Y when X has been an issue forever?" or that different specialties take care of different issues.
With as many pages of feedback as we have now, it will be a rather daunting task to review, but updating the original post to say "These are the things listed here" would at least hopefully prevent several pages of posts about the same issues. I mean, something I posted on page 6 is not going to be read by someone who came to the post after 30 pages are already here. They will read the first post.
At the very least, summarize key bullet points in the first post, and update when something is close to hitting the preview server and again when it goes live. The Useful Items tab is a good example of something that could have been listed as a broad point (too many items are required to carry, taking up inventory space), useful items tab on preview, update when it hits the live server.
My point is, making a post asking for us to give feedback in a broad way about top issues, and then never - ever - updating the post or giving any indication that anyone actually reads the feedback is worse than having no post, imo.
And this is what should happen here too, get a list of all the issues listed in here, and then give us a weekly/monthly update on what is going on about them.

At this point, i dare saying that any regular Dev feedback on any issues mentioned in here would be appreciated by most players, even when it's only to say that they're going to look at problem Y when they are done with bug X or something like it.
And with a little bit of faith and good will from both sides, i think this could acutal work... may be just ask the dev team what they think about this thread, and if they would be willing to give this a shot?
I do believe in killing the messenger...
Want to know why?
Because it sends a message!

Recently I had a survey in my regular email asking about how I think the game can be improved. Like an idiot I posted the answers to those questions at about 1:00 A.M. so basically half asleep. I couldn't think of the most important issues except one. The lag problem I did mention but it wasn't until the next day that I realized I should have mentioned something about the drop rate from encounters such as Demogorgan, CN, ELOL, and such. I have done these dungeons until I could literally do them in my sleep and never gotten anything of real worth from them. I had to buy all my ELOL horns from the AH. The same is the case regarding the demo girdle and shard from Orcus. I have totally given up on getting those items and refuse to buy them from Ah at the price they're asking. I spend my fair share of money to support this game but I'm not going to take out a second on my home to play. That's of course an exaggeration but I'm sure you get my meaning. And it's things like this that sends players to the web in search of other games. I'm not trying to be sarcastic, your survey specifically asked that question so I am responding as asked. Another issue directly involves my main who is a PVE TR. I absolutely love playing a TR but because they aren't considered the best dps class in PVE, getting groups can be difficult. I noticed this latest expansion is the same way. Could you please throw us a bone so we're respected and needed more in groups? That's it for now. If I think of more I will add or make a new post. Thanks for your time and consideration.
PMS, part of that you mentioned that it send players look up other games. it not just that problem, it also send other players who risk of getting ban if they go to 3rd party sites to get ADs or get more Zen exchanges. it is the company fault that driving the players with no options, and they made "RNG" real too heavy and too high the price. RNG was suppose to be only for lockboxes, and they expanded after Mod 6, turning from RPG into casino mode.
other games sell storages, appearances, and adventure DCL packs, but NWO blend all that as RNG and higher price cost if you need something, they have overstep on market and nerfed both T-bar and ADs, and retired some Seals vendors.
if i was a head dev leader, i would change seal vendors and update and bring back dungeons so others can run many times as they like for seals to get something players want. old seals from different tier dungeons are outdated and they need new life, add something new for seal vendors, they were use for 30th, 40th, and 50th level gears, and should change all those for new 70 level gears and upgrades. example... one dungeon provide seals and go see vendor for new boots, and go to other dungeons to earn different seals to get gauntlets, helms, or torso pieces, each seal vendor sell specific items. then elite dungeons would have necklaces, rings, or belts as rewards or save up unique seals for buying of they cant get those dropped. no one likes ball and chains or carrots on stick tricks, then they would move on if feeling mistreat badly.
months of long losing streak of bad RNG really make some players fed up and lose motivation to play. it has to stop ASAP!
After seeing the new update, I found it interesting and exciting that drop rates would be buffed. However, after testing it out myself and watching videos of other people doing dungeons, the rates are still very bad. Knowing as most people don't want this update as it eliminates "peeking." Many in the community feel that this ruins the economy, since the keys cost 5k, but the drops are still not worth this. Also, some keys such as the greater demonic key take 20 hours to make, but when forced to use them for a +1 ring are by no means worth it.
This stated, I ask for the dev team to look at what happened to a game called Runescape. An update was coming that no one wanted, 2/3 of the player base quit, and they had to make a completely new game called old school Runescape. Please do not make this happen Neverwinter, listen to your subscriber base, run a poll, that will help a lot.
that RNG need to be stop being used in epic dungeons. green/blue gems in loots are junks, we can get them randomly from trash mobs, so is those epic bosses are 'trash mobs"? they are unique bosses and should have better quality corpse drops.
you devs should ask us what players really want what's in the epic chests. here the list, maybe it could go to poll/survey.
1. gems, (no greens/blues), we can get those drop from random trash mobs.
2. mount glyphs (no greens/blues), we can get those from standard non-dungeon chests, we hate those from lockboxes, that is cheap insults.
3. seals, and those seal merchants need updates, since folks are tired of junk liit rewards, seal vendors should be best optional chance to get if not getting from dungeon rewards. tired of running 50-100 times, due to bad unfavorable RNG.
4. epic marks (dread ring is better choice for selecting), so use that, and "Superior Potency" would be rare random prize. (90% for selectables and chance of 10% to get Superior of Potency)
5. crafting items (epic material need for upgrading our gears).
6. bonus profession "access pack", prefer selectable, we dont need more easy to get raw resources or crafters, just better quality resources.
7. random chances of companion selcted for specific dungeons and random mix numbers of companion upgrade tokens (5 to 20 tokens per run/make it accessable to all the alts), also mixed random chance of companion gears (also make them keep when they go idle instead of returning back to our bags, we hated it).
8. epic armor/weapon prizes, if not in present opening/current run, give a elite artifact refine item (high quality). seals can be use as optional if not getting they need after several runs.
9. selected by devs, mount, part of "Ultimate" goal, if players get tired not getting it, seals would be best choice and costly option to use, no players want to get feel burn-out for over hundred runs.
anyone else feel free to add or make better proposals, go ahead.
Please remove RNG from Stronghold crafting quests, those are expensive process and required lot of time and gatherings and only to see failed, and one after next fails, this really stab in our backs, and way too many donations require to get SH marks.
Crafting should not have ANY odd chances of RNG, only cost time and investment while processing the items.
i want to see that RNG forceablity removed from crafting, PERIOD! RNG really stop those in track trying to craft or complete a quest, since it is non-trading and personal recipe skill, then why RNG? it was mostly bind to characters???
MAIN ISSUE: Drop rates are still HAMSTER, we're wasting our keys for nothing. @mimicking#6533 a fix anytime soon ? All these announcements about better loot and drop rates, you guys were just baiting us into consuming our epic dungeon chest keys for the same old same old. Nothing more. It's a pity
Gauntlgrym PvP has no worthwhile rewards, and is not being played by anyone.
Since Gauntlgrym PvP is dead, it is impossible to complete PvP Campaign.
PvP Campaign is also not worth completing, all its rewards are obsolete.
Stronghold Siege has no worthwhile rewards, and is not being played by anyone.
Foundry is also dead.
These are some game modes that hasn't got any attention in a long time. They require some attention and I do believe they are more important than some item or class related issues.

[end of rant]
minor bug>Paladin Vow of somethingorother (sorry the actual name has slipped my mind) when somi came out the skill was changed to not last as long, and be cancleable which was a good call i liked the idea on the play aspect but not on the logic aspect.
Issues. only 2 really
1) SoMI made mid IL players useless even moreso than we already were. gear that use to be good is now frowned upon and the forced repeats for the same thing everyone has is kinda boring. that said please upgrade or fix ele weapons so that they can rech IL 150/155 on mythic status so that people can be a little more personable and not the same as everyone else.
Thats my only issues with the game right now. unless you wanna add a bag to the boat so that we can store our pole and fish somewhere since there is nowhere near enough room with all the new stuff from SoMI even with max legendary bags
any chance to add old gear set to the Alliance Supply list such as the Draconic Templar gear set (mod5) ??
since its for appearance change only
best Hunter Ranger appearance gear i came across xD
thx ^^
2- Fix all the bugs. If it's a lot to ask in a single item, then fix dungeon bugs. The first time I played Neverwinter I thought "Man, this game is perfect and awesome"...but when I saw people bugging Lostmauth I laughed so hard and I thought "this is ridiculous". Seriously, I love Neverwinter, but all these bugs make the game look like a joke, a bad joke.
a- Orcus ignoring players to attack companions, then the companion dies and he stays stationary doing nothing until the companion comes back to life and then he hits the companion again. I know you can say it's not a bug but still it's a ridiculous way for a boss to behave, even more for a DEMON LORD said to be the closest to Demogorgon in power, he's like the top 5 most powerful being (excluding gods) from the lower planes and acts like a dumb caster.
b- AA making the group immune to Drufi's Call of Winter.
c- People relogging while walking against Drufi's door after they die so they can rejoin the fight.
d- People fighting Drufi alone and relogging inside making her to get stuck in a corner without doing nothing, thus leading the fight to a fight against a dummy instead of a boss since she doesn't do Call of Winter and doesn't move.
e- All the bugs I mentioned here http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1225956/assault-on-svardborg-is-really-nice-but-about-sva-bugs/p1?new=1 about Svardborg
f- Tiamat's Black Dragon head being unable to be targeted if someone crosses the red line earlier, leading to a wasted chance of winning.
g- One of the phases in Prophecy of Madness is bugged and depending on how you do it, the second phase is entirely skipped, leading to an easier and faster victory, but no Gold reward since you get bronze (if I recall correctly) for the second phase.
This pack contains a high chance to gain your choice of an:
[Apparatus of Gond] Mount
[Embellished Apparatus of Gond] Mount
HIGH chance? Really? I just opened 18 on preview and got only ONE choice of a mount. Really? Is this high chance? Don't throw the RNG excuse on me. I guess this is the standard of Cryptic's for HIGH. High for me is 51%+, because you have more chances to get it than not to get it. That description on the creations of wonder pack is a lie.
Hælja, Swordmaster Conqueror Guardian Fighter of Thieves World
It's truly anticlimactic to put so much effort for so many years into a character only to now be obsolete by everyone's view.
shows how it can work, and how it should work in here too.
An issue comes up, and we get constant updates on what is happening until it is fixed.
And this is what should happen here too, get a list of all the issues listed in here, and then give us a weekly/monthly update on what is going on about them.
I mean, the latest survey seems to be headed into the right direction, but what about some direct official feedback right back into this thread here?

And with a little bit of faith and good will from both sides, i think this could acutal work... may be just ask the dev team what they think about this thread, and if they would be willing to give this a shot?
it not just that problem, it also send other players who risk of getting ban if they go to 3rd party sites to get ADs or get more Zen exchanges. it is the company fault that driving the players with no options, and they made "RNG" real too heavy and too high the price.
This stated, I ask for the dev team to look at what happened to a game called Runescape. An update was coming that no one wanted, 2/3 of the player base quit, and they had to make a completely new game called old school Runescape. Please do not make this happen Neverwinter, listen to your subscriber base, run a poll, that will help a lot.
green/blue gems in loots are junks, we can get them randomly from trash mobs, so is those epic bosses are 'trash mobs"? they are unique bosses and should have better quality corpse drops.
you devs should ask us what players really want what's in the epic chests.
here the list, maybe it could go to poll/survey.
1. gems, (no greens/blues), we can get those drop from random trash mobs.
2. mount glyphs (no greens/blues), we can get those from standard non-dungeon chests, we hate those from lockboxes, that is cheap insults.
3. seals, and those seal merchants need updates, since folks are tired of junk liit rewards, seal vendors should be best optional chance to get if not getting from dungeon rewards. tired of running 50-100 times, due to bad unfavorable RNG.
4. epic marks (dread ring is better choice for selecting), so use that, and "Superior Potency" would be rare random prize.
@mimicking#6533 a fix anytime soon ?
All these announcements about better loot and drop rates, you guys were just baiting us into consuming our epic dungeon chest keys for the same old same old. Nothing more.
It's a pity
- Gauntlgrym PvP has no worthwhile rewards, and is not being played by anyone.
- Since Gauntlgrym PvP is dead, it is impossible to complete PvP Campaign.
- PvP Campaign is also not worth completing, all its rewards are obsolete.
- Stronghold Siege has no worthwhile rewards, and is not being played by anyone.
- Foundry is also dead.
These are some game modes that hasn't got any attention in a long time. They require some attention and I do believe they are more important than some item or class related issues.
