Neverwinter Xbox One Scheduled Maintenance 8/4 at 7am PDT

Update 2:13pm PDT: We're back!

Update 1:13pm PDT: Extending maintenance to 3pm PDT. *summons dragon to protect us*

Update 11:08am PDT: Microsoft is continuing to look at this issue. Updated ETA is 12pm PDT.

Update 9:43am PDT: We're still working with Microsoft on fixing these issues.

Update 8:36am PDT: Due to some issues Microsoft is having, we need to extend maintenance till 10am.

It's time for our weekly maintenance tomorrow 8/4 at 7am PDT for roughly 1.5 hours. It will just be a shard reset.

    I cannot download the update... :/
    Just says "there was a problem with the update"

    Same here, cannot download update right now, checked connection....all good. Still unable to update. Tried power cycling and clearing the cache, checked network again, all good, but still cannot update right now, is this going on for everyone?

    It appears to be for everyone. Funny that it's happening now, since 7AM PDT is about 4 hours from now.

    Note to Perfect World: If your going to have SCHEDULED maintenance, keep to your announced SCHEDULE. Also, you probably shouldn't schedule it during a timed event (cough, Protector's Jubilee, cough) since players are trying to get rewards and will feel like you are cheating them.

    Just a piece of advice...

    Same here - unable to update. Also tried power cycling - network good. This can't be related to the weekly reset since it wasn't scheduled until 7am PDT.

    Yup yup.. I can't play very much and now I'm missing out on the timed event that I'm actually killing it on. Blarggg!

    I'm guessing we won't be able to update until after their maintenance. Speaking as someone who works in IT I am shocked at how terrible Cryptic are at working to schedule, notifying end-users and I'm not even going to mention the lack of mirrored servers to reduce downtime...

    They probably registered the update with xbox then turned off their servers - nubs

    I think its funny how many people spent so much money/ad/gold to buy the Nine Hells because Cryptic said they were going away lol. All of a sudden, they're back, and those people are probably kicking themselves.

    They have not updated Twitter, because they still dont know what is going on. Also, maybe they are not awake yet? They are on the West Coast, so its 6:48am now.
