I think they may be Passing up the line all the "Feedback" on the currently situation. Or maybe they are trying to score us a Cool Prize for the Guess when the game comes back on-line contest.

Everyone that's angry, chill out seriously. I have been waiting to play all day too and I'm almost out of time for today, but it just means you really enjoy the game and that is a good thing.
If any of you have ever done an IT task such as this, or an odd job around the house, or worked on a car... this stuff happens. Out of the blue something goes crazy wrong and what should take 1 hour takes 10 etc...
Go research Module 6 during the down time, check out the Paladin, check out all the new crazy cool stuff we are going to get to do next month, etc... It's going to be a blast... and a long brutal grind to get it all done.
Microsoft says that the problem is Neverwinter(Neverworks) having problems with their patch. Why do they maintain it instead of fixing it? There is a difference,

Ive seen it go from 270 ad per 1 zen and max at 280ad per 1 zen
I just made myself laugh. You know that when the moderators become aware of this "issue", they knew it was going to be one of "Those" days. They knew no mater what they did, or how hard they tried that they could never overcome people desire to play the game, and how vocal they become when they can not play the game.
