I can confirm that when some energy unlocks trigger I get a blue aura as opposed to the colors I set for my powers. I'm LTS. I know how to set my colors. The blue persists.
Okay. One out of three of those is valid in context. Spinnytop goes on to point out no one is saying they don't want new content, and reading back I'm seeing that you are definitely putting your own spin on this. Also, Chaelk's quote is specifically about a certain kind of content that they are sick of and don't seem to be…
Yeah, their headquarters is a giant "C". This is not a serious setting. And if it was meant to be a serious setting, making a building shaped like a giant C doesn't help. Also: what used to be the armaments building is shaped like a gun.
Suggestions? Hate reply? Two for one! NEXTWAVE: Agents of H.A.T.E. And Then I Drop The Mic. EDIT: BBcode wouldn't work when I was trying to preview the post, so I use HTML, which doesn't work when it actually posts. Nice. Love these forums.
I don't know what it is, but I have to say it does feel like I get hit harder sidekicking down in alerts than when I'm 30 and below. I've never tested it. I'm not a parser guy. But I see what people are talking about sometimes.
Mhm. I was using another person's sigpic as an example to figure out why I merited the individual callout. You toss a rule my way to add to the dogpile. How about we share "never directly addressing each other again."
I'm okay with giving them a taste. If they like it, they'll buy more slots or gold. If they find it too confusing, they won't waste their time. But I'd only be cool with one slot being free.
You know, at first I was going to comply, but then I noticed Chaelk's sigpic above me and the lack of a public callout on that one and I thought to myself "he can disable signatures in his options." Cheers!
I have characters that use Int primary and it's not for the CR. That's really not going to change. Unless they nerf the cost reduction and other benefits.
Seriously, all the characters in my roster that use INT as primary will still be using INT as a primary. Claiming that INT is ruined demonstrates a lack of understanding that makes me ignore the rest of a person's post.
Villains can't attack anyone until they are attacked first. Thanks for (not) playing! Also, Kodiac is surrounded by MCPD killbots that slay villains damn quick. So... yeah. Great analysis of content you haven't played! Go back to complaining about ego sleep all day.
Yeah, this better come with an Energy Unlock review of some sort, because there aren't enough that make enough of a viable difference to cover the powersets we have available. The fact that MSA is so prevalent kind of pointed that out in the first place, but if we're going to play silly games with our cooldowns, let's do…
Really, the MCPD bots patrolling Millennium City right now give it a real dystopian feel. Heavily armed police force everywhere? Yeah, kind of sending the wrong signal. Kind of makes me feel like some kind of scary totalitarian situation. Also: if MCPD has Grond-flattening Uber-Robo-Cops, then why do they need…
The only DC/Marvel licenced games that pull me away from CO are the Lego ones. If there were a Lego Marvel/DC MMO I'd be gone. Who am I kidding? I'd still be here, I'd just play less.
I'm going to have to fire up PTS to see how hype this is. Also, it's always been weird to me that the Public Test Server is named the way it is because PTS is kind of a loaded trio of letters. Also also, people sure get mad when they're not allowed to play with their CoX.
Oh man. I would love it if one of the unlocks is Baron Cimetiere. Voodoo Blocking chumps all day erry day. It's bad enough on an AI. Imagine a real person anticipating your moves and whacking you in the face with your big hitters every damn time. Also Ao'Qephoth... ALSO ALSO I want to unlock Rakshasa and spam the mind…
I'm really at the point where I think to myself "If I could just stomp around and crush people with a Supervillain over and over again, why would I play my other characters?"
Given how the character models in CoX make me want to vomit my own intestines out and strangle myself with them, I think we're going to have to agree to disagree about the graphics.
So you wouldn't have to split anyone, you'd just have to rewrite every quest to stovepipe a kludgy morality system on to it? Oh that sounds like a treat.
I'm seconding Monster Island. Grab all the quests and between the quest-density and fighting off mobs that will attack you to and from quests you'll be getting that XP pretty easy.
