Summon Cats
Each time this power is cast it summons another Cat, with a cooldown between casts. Cats are small followers that follow the player around and automatically attack enemies that come within a certain radius. They do not have follower controls and are mostly autonomous in their function. They attack a target until it is defeated. Cats have a high dodge chance, especially against aoe damage. Their damage is slashing, and they have a chance to apply bleed on every attack. For each rank of this power, 3 cats may be kept in existence simultaneously, up to 9 simultaneous cat followers at rank 3.
Special Advantage option: Sacrificial Cat. When an attack would hit you while you are below 50% health, there is a 30% chance that one of your cats will jump in the way, absorbing the damage. The cat is unsummoned in the process.
Throw Cat
Throw a cat at your target. The cat clings to the target and deals continuous slashing damage to them, with a chance to apply bleeds each tick. If you are standing next to a Summoned Cat, you will throw 2 cats instead, doubling the damage of the power; in this case, a nearby Summoned Cat is unsummoned.
Cat Horde
Launch a number of cats at a target, stunning them for a duration. This is a charged power, and if you are standing next to Summoned Cats, then you will consume one Summoned Cat per half second that you charge the power. For each cat consumed, the duration of the stun is increased.
Cat Storm
A maintained PBAOE. While maintained, cats run around you in a circle, wildly slashing everything around you, dealing slashing damage, and with a chance to apply bleeds every tick. For each Summoned Cat that is standing in the aoe, both the range and damage of the aoe is increased, but one cat is consumed per half second of maintain.
Cat Shield
Block replacer. You hold two cats up in front of you; they deal continous slashing damage to anything in melee range in front of you, with a chance to apply bleed.

I think the issue, here is that I lack of a sense of humor,
It fits in because we already have powers that summon followers, and I'm pretty sure I remember there were some super heroes with the power to control animals... for some reason I can't recall their name right now... it's as if they're super unmemorable.... I remember blonde hair and a hook hand... and some guy who looks like Spock in a speedo? Absolutely. Cats, squirrels, dogs, lizards, snakes, chinchillas, chickens... the possibilities are many! Not endless, but many.
