Trouble advancing solo lvl 30-35

Anybody else have issues with getting a solo character beyond level 30 (up to about 35)? Almost every character I've had gets stalled out around there, with all available missions being higher up (orange, red, or purple), and nothing within level range. While it IS possible to play these higher missions, it just keeps pushing the mission levels higher. The only characters I've been able to get beyond this (two or three) have been able to take advantage of double xp weekends or special events.

    Monster Island is tailor made for this. There are a bunch of missions at level 30 and 31 in the starting area.

    I'm seconding Monster Island. Grab all the quests and between the quest-density and fighting off mobs that will attack you to and from quests you'll be getting that XP pretty easy.

    Unfortunately I'm usually over 30 when I hit Monster Island, thus why I hit a wall of exceedingly higher level missions. Maybe just taking out anything and everything I come across will help, but most of the time that takes a LONG time.

    I almost always run into the reverse problem of tending to outlevel mission chains -- remember, you can do lower level missions. The primary arcs available that are near level 30 are the early monster island missions, the Canada missions near Teleios Tower, and the Canada missions near Burial Caves.
