well i did quit STO after i had enough of these business practices around here... and it was very good for my blood pressure ;P I have NEVER played a game that asked me to spend MONEY to upgrade a PREMIUM Item after i bought it, except for STO. I'm 99% sure not even EA has done something like this.

nope, the renown gets you the Blue DOff (one time only, then never again). only a crit on a Support will get you the *special* Purple DOff (repeatable) a success will get you a Refugee if you are FED (can be used for Asylums and still get you good DOffs) ...on KDF side you only get worthless Prisoners.

tiny update: DOffTrekker 3.11b - game patch notes say: "The Duty Officer Roster Slots cap has been increased from 400 to 500 slots." (why not 1000 Cryptic?) ...updated that cell - added some conditional formatting to Officer Exchanges so that they black out, because people keep posting dashes on the Editor Sheet
