I have 74 attachments total in emails dated after May 20th which is below the 100 limit. I cannot send nor receive emails, with or without attachments, on any character on the account. Is this patch going to fix my issue?

I didn't say there was anything wrong with asking. Ask away, more power to you. After repeating this mission 4 times (initially thinking the recursive loop was part of the mission) I can confirm that these assignment selections worked for me as well, rather than the assignments they suggest they are best at.
