Folks, this is not a STO only server problem. From what is being posted in the Neverwinter forums this is a DDOS attack. Neverwinter, STO, and Champions online share the same mainframe. Well, according to the launcher it's a hardware problem. Which means they need to change stuff over. Hours, it's gonna take hours. If a server died, that's longer then hours. Umm, problem is on their end. Should make sure of that before you tell someone to do something major like reinstall the game. Game is down, problem is on their end. A reinstall will just give the player needless frustration.
