I don't come here very often but this bug brought me here so thanks for verifying the issue. I just started playing on console so there are some bugs that are unique to console I am noticing. I don't remember how it was on PC but I think there is a dialog that is supposed to appear and ask if you want to follow the Reman…
Just give me a hollowed-out planetoid with warp drive capabilities. Or I guess I could settle for a Voth Fortress, that would be sweet! Maybe kinda hard to park, but it would be worth it.
A Daboo table would be nice but it especially needs a direct transwarp so you don't have to go through death by loading screens to get there only to find out there's nothing there to do.
If I'm understanding this correctly, then we had better upgrade any kits we have now before this change takes place. Otherwise, we're having a new research school forced upon us without much mercy where we will need to reach level 15 in before we can create effective kit upgrades.
They are not Arc points actually. They are a separate "Charge Reward" special event currency for purchasing the black Friday zen. I don't know if they can be traded.
The discounts finally hit the in game store but it looks like the reward points for purchasing zen are broken so I can't claim my Holo Leeta and R&D packs: :'( .
The only way I've been able to replay it on any of my characters is to have someone else share the quest with me, you might have to try doing it that way.
Really it's fine where it is. If you need more, you can always level up more characters. This keeps the game alive and gives people a reason to keep leveling up more characters and grinding for dil.
As much as I would like to see engineers get some nice improvements, it's like I've said before. If something does happen, it will probably come from a lockbox. This can be evidenced by these Sphere Builder boxes with the nice engineer traits.
It's not likely to ever see the T'Laru as a Lobi ship. This is why I stocked up on about 500 Kelvin Timeline lockboxes. Every couple of days I open one, eventually I'll get that ship, I might be an old man by then though :) . It might show up in Infinity Lock boxes at some point though.
If your control expertise is higher than your opponent, you can pretty much shake off any tractor beams and repulsor beams and that sort of thing, just for one example. Those Nebula Class Science ships in the badlands won't be quite as annoying with a bit of control expertise.
It also unlocks Transwarp to Defera. Which you get anyways at Tier 1 Omega Force rep. It's probably the single most useless starbase construction project at the moment. I wonder if they noticed this or plan on changing it to something more suitable in the future.
So I have a question also about the removal of Battle Group Omega. For the Tier V Starbase Science Transwarp To Battlegroup Omega construction project (Transwarp Conduit V); what is the point of unlocking this perk now, does it just transwarp you to the middle of nowhere?
To get my rep gear from Mk XIII UR to MK XIV Epic, I've been tracking how much dil and upgrade kits each time. On average it's been taking around 100 upgrade kits and about 100K dil. This is all RNG based, mind you, so that can swing largely in your favor or against you at times. EDIT: That's from using Superior Upgrade…
