"From November 25th at 9:00AM (PT) until November 29th at 9:00AM (PT) all Captains will save 25% on all items/packs in-game on Arc, Steam, Xbox One, and PlayStation®4."

It's 9:45am (PT) now, and still wating for this "all items/packs in-game" 25% discount on PC.. C-Store is still showing full prices. Clarification would be appreciated. Many thanks.

    The discounts finally hit the in game store but it looks like the reward points for purchasing zen are broken so I can't claim my Holo Leeta and R&D packs: :'( .

    Can you trade those points to other players? I already have a Holo Leeta, etc.

    Still broken? I purchased $200 USD of Zen shortly after this promo went live and still 'Zero Balance' in my account of the "Charge Bonus Points". Hoping this is just a delay and that it doesn't turn in to a big Customer Service hassle. These type of promo/discounts are rare and I didn't want to miss this one.

    No "trading of points" - you can convert ARC points to Zen and then sell the Zen for Dilithium Ore, but that's about it.

    They are not Arc points actually. They are a separate "Charge Reward" special event currency for purchasing the black Friday zen. I don't know if they can be traded.

    This special reward claim mechanic seems like a needless complication. Especially since for some reason I was rewarded points that don't actually allow spending them completely, and you can't spend the points multiple times on the same thing apparently (well, you can in the website, but it doesn't work).

    Meh.
    Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
