You are pretty much new then...... In this game you either obtain 400 keys to open lock boxes or you grind away your dilithium/EC and not upgrade gear. In the end its best to make due with what you got till you can be sure to obtain something better. One thing I do agree though.. They need to bring romulans into the light…
