Next Lockbox

When the next anniversary for the Enterprise series comes up, i think Cryptic should make a box for that show, one with a MACO uniform and gear, a Tellarite cruiser for FED, or a 22nd century BOP, and Klingon, Orion, and Gorn outfits for KDF.

    Wouldn't it be more appropriate to have a TOS-themed lockbox? That's what Star Trek, the franchise, started with, and it's Star Trek that is turning 50, not Enterprise.

    I think in general, faction-specific ships are not lockbox material. The only exception so far have been the temporal ships, and I think that might be because they are from the future and thus not supposed to be generally available.

    I expect the next lockbox to be mirror themed, but that is just the next - I think there will be at least another one until the anniversary happens. (not sure what the official date for celebrating the anniversary is supposed to be.)

    At this point, and knowing where the game is, I'm going to suggest that it'll either be a Terran Lock Box, a Cardassian Lock Box #2 (T6 Keldon?) or a Temporal Lock Box #2. It would seem out of place if there was anything else.

    Either Terran Lock Box, Cardassian #2, or Temporal #2 are more likely but I have a feeling a exploration form of a lock box might be int he works and maybe even a new Tholian #2 but these would be later releases.

    there some clues for you ppl mirror ships like a good example the temporal ships.... some mirror uniforms in lobi store , i gues there gonna be some powers kits like leeta use in terok nor ground ,mostly of time the space or ground powers and ships you see in one season come into lock box one easy example herald ships, herald ground weapons and herald powers

    Mirror does sound fun.

    There could be borg lockbox. I mean for frack sakes we are flying Iconian ships now. It isn't that much of a stretch. I'd love a cube cruiser or somthing along those lines. Or the Cruiser that the dude from TNG uses when you meet him in a Delta Patrol mission.

    next one? a continuum lockbox, with Q's powers for everyone. seriously, I don't care; cryptic have exceeded the limits with the herald box, now they can do everything, and I don't care. I play at a space game with a star trek name, that's all. if tomorrow I must do a stf with guys who use cubes or even unimatrix, well I don't care.

    Herald ships don't qualify as Iconian ships anymore than Elachi or Vaadwaur do.

    They may be advanced but they are nothing compared to the Iconians themselves who don't really have a need for ships.

    You know... they've always told us that we can't have a T6 Constitution (because it's silly, that's why), but that OTHER timeline has a technological leg up on the Prime Universe... putting it in a lockbox would just be mean, though.

    A T5 or T6 constitution will never happen (never say never?).
    It would just be a novelty for the vast majority of players... It would have generic cruiser stats.
    The hardcore STO role players would have epic nerdgasms, but that's about it.

    How about a Bajoran lock box?
    1)Put in a Bajoran specific ship as T5 upgradeble
    2)Miniscule chance for a T6 Keldon
    3)The other lock box hodgepodge rewards with a Bajoran twist

    Dominion War lock box? ships of the Dominion war we are starting to deal with the temporal cold war.

    The next box will indeed be Mirror Universe. That's where we'll get the Mirror Leeta outfit and a chance at the Temporal Dreadnought. As far as what the other featured ships will be... I'd like to see a Mirror Galaxy Dread just to get that skin for my Yamato, and I'd like to see a return of the older blue quality Mirror ships as they make great Admiralty vessels and are currently prohibitively expensive for folks who haven't dropped a ton of real-world cash in the C-Store.
