I started a thread before I found this one, so I'll just add my two names here. -- Merritt Butrick (David Marcus, aka Kirk's son), Actor, 1959 - 1989 -- Fred Freidburger (although I can see why he was skipped over, for obvious reasons), Producer, 1915 - 2003
I got about 15 keys and I'm more hopeful for VIP tickets to save for the next Dil Bonus Event. Not holding any breath for a Bug Ship, and to be honest, other people shouldn't be gunning for it either. Just let it happen if it happens, but pop the boxes for other more likely stuff. Don't become a sucker.
As far as Science ships go, the Wells is still King, so I don't feel the need to transfer over to any new ship till they make one as Science-y as that one is.
Little Known Fact: One of the blondes who was dancing with Leonard Nimoy in the Bilbo Baggins video (the TV show it was taken from was called "Malibu U", by the way) is Erin Gray, who went on to play Col. Wilma Deering on the early 80's version of the Buck Rogers TV program.
During the Mirror Universe Invasion Event, the last Boss ship is sometimes the ISS Spock. Might be a good idea to change that to avoid it being in bad taste (also seemed illogical for the Imperials to honor someone in the Mirror Universe who was responsible for the fall of the first Terran Empire). Also, I sent a PM to…
I feel a bit weird knowing that for the first day in my life is ina world without Leonard Nimoy in it, but I fund the demands of some players to RP to have given me the heebie-jeebies. It's like their brains have officially broken over the news and they want to take you on the crazy-train with them. My extent is simply…
I feel bad as much as the next guy, but no. RP is totally creepy. And please stop demanding that people RP in the game. In fact, such creepy demands almost make me want to roll a "Zombie Spock" toon of my own and have him shuffling around ESD going "BRAINS AND BRAINS! WHAT IS BRAINS?" just to tweak creepy RPers like you…
Sorry to say, but I kind of skipped the Shuttle Weekend entirely. It's like fighting the Battle of the Bulge but with compact cars vs the Panzer Corps, imo. Now, the upcoming CE Event coming next week on the other hand is something I look forward to.
Me? I'm just logging in to refine my Dil from the last Bonus Dil event, doing KDF DOFF missions to rack up some more Contraband for the next one, and hoping a non-lame event weekend will come along eventually.
Shuttle Events are lame. It's like being asked to go into a tank fight in a VW Beetle. I'm only logging in to refine my daily Dil and hoping a non-lame weekend event comes along eventually.
I *AM* voting with my wallet! I haven't spent one single penny buying Zen in over a year. Anything I buy in the game now is from grinding (despite Cryptic's attempt to TRIBBLE people from even doing that, such as no longer allowing +50% Dil from Rep Mark turn-ins during the last week). Geko still won't go to bed with you.
Well guess what? To paraphrase Princess Leia, the more they tighten their grip, the more players will slip through their fingers. (Edit: I wrote that before I saw the post by uryenserellont. LOL) I'm glad I didn't sink $120 for the Delta pack. IMO, T6 ships are inferior to T5U ones anyway. All they're good for is to grind…
Agreed. I really did not like having my Gravity Well 3 taken away and forced to spend Dil on crafting just to get it back. Another agreed. I had a lot of marks saved up because after you've reached Level 5 and made everything you wanted from that Reputation, what else are marks good for? PWE wants us to shell out for extra…
Up until a year ago, I always made my Zen purchases through Steam (I tend to make enough Dil on my own these days so I don't have to buy any more, though). But before they had Steam Wallet as an option, you had no choice but to use PWE's website to buy Zen however, and their process was a nightmare of shenanigans, and thus…
