You should be able to add a Screenshots folder to your STO\Live folder manually and have it work.

With Win 10, I've seen a few people have issues with OneDrive stealing their Screenshots folder from STO, amongst other games. May be that or another clouding/archiving program trolling for image folders, lol.

I checked through several of my characters. Only my pure Feds seem to be showing the 300 day Vet, 4% buff. KDF, Rom/Fed and Rom/KDF are all still listed as 200 Day, 3%. Same for space and ground. Looks to me like you have an old school Kit equiped. Go to her character sheet and try unequipping your Kit. Is it a new one that lets you slot powers or does it have them built in? Have you tried making sure you have a \Star Trek Online\Live\screenshots folder, and that it isn't set to be Read Only or Hidden? Screenshots also stores saved costumes, so if the folder is missing or inaccessible it can cause the game to not load or save properly.
