No head option for winter hat for nausicaans

cannot find the winter hat i just bought anywhere... hope i didn't waste my winter currency for nothing, anybody know how a nausicaan can wear the winter hat??? cause i've tried everything and can't find it anywhere.

    The trick to finding it on most characters is going to the Head section and changing Category from [Race]/Humanoid/Ridged/etc to Hats. So if this doesn't work on your Nausicaan then it could be an issue specifically for them. You should also be able to find it on your BOffs. You might try them and see if they have Hats as an option and you captain doesn't. It will also be a good way to make sure you actually have Hats unlocked at all, possible it didn't open properly.
