Cant load any outfits in tailor

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
i cant load any outfits in the taylor. even when i save new ones. none are available for load. ive read somewhere it had something to do with screenshots. where do i find screenshots, and how do i load my outfits ,!?

    Make sure you have a Screenshots folder where ever STO is installed (should be in Star Trek Online\Live\screenshots). If it's missing, add it manually. If it does exist, try right clicking it and going to Properties. Make sure it isn't check marked Hidden or Read Only. If you uncheck one, hit OK and it asks; you want to apply changes to all files and subfolders.

    ok im aware fo this whole screenshots thing. i have a desktop shortcut. how do i find where sto is downloaded. im using arc. so i can add or change this screenshots folder. where and how exacty do i find it. what exactly do i type and where ,!?
