That is a typo, it should be reading the same proc percentage as the Very Rare Quantum Mortar Explosives Expert doff. 20% chance to drop two additional turrets. Since she was running around quite a bit when I first saw her, I thought it was a game of cat and mouse. My Ferasan being the cat, the clerk the mouse. Shame I couldn't pounce on her though when I was bored with chasing her around. Not sure who she was scared of more; the Nausicaans, or the Ferasan.

I know the effect of setting those two to on. 'Assist Target on Attack' may be bugged, but if it still auto-targets with those two previous settings on, then its something else entirely. When trying to find a bug or workaround, its best to consider all settings that could possibly affect the problem itself.

Actually, there is an option to turn that off. Go into your options, select the Controls tab, and set 'Assist Target on Attack' to off. Strangely enough, this bug does not affect KDF characters already on tribble (aka, imported before the Romulan test).

Correction, my Klingon characters are the ones affected. No warp core added to them as well, so my guess is that imported KDF characters are affected by an unknown bug that is tied to the inability to make a KDF character.
