Turret Fabrication Doff Problem

I recently acquired the very rare Armory Officer Relar Kurlock who, according to his bio, gives a 100% chance to beam in 2 additional turrets. This is not working for my character who is a Fed-aligned Romulan. After about an hour or so of repeated testing, I was only getting, on average, a 20% chance of addtional turrets. Also, these extra turrets spawn at the exact same location. I tried this with the ultra rare Embassy kit, as well as a very rare Mk X kit with no change. I even tried to reslot the Doff with no success.

    That is a typo, it should be reading the same proc percentage as the Very Rare Quantum Mortar Explosives Expert doff. 20% chance to drop two additional turrets. One of the patches introduced that typo.

    This is also found on the Fabrication Engineer for his/her proc in creating 3 support drones. I would say this is on the low end of the dev team's to-patch list, since it is a text typo and not a bug with the actual proc chance.

    Well, that is a major bummer, but not a big surprise I guess.
