I'm pretty sure some Starfleet training exercises even on holodecks involve some level of physical pain, which can be interpreted as taking a little bit of hp damage. Pretty sure the Republic Star Navy would also, and DEFINITELY the klingons.
huh ok I expected it to start earlier. will check again after. I really hope its fixed cuz its hard to create or adjust a look when you're doing it essentially blind.
To be fair the redesign of the Connie is one of the VERY few good things about discovery. just fix the size. it looks objectively superior to the jank 60s design. As far as lower decks I havent seen it, but I will point out Animated works are for EVERYONE. not just kids. this does NOT make every animated show good though.
While people hated the dyson ships they hated them becuase they sucked. make a T6 dyson which does NOT suck or rely on a crappy gimmick and I'm sure people will want it. ESPECIALLY if its science cuz contrary to what cryptic keeps telling us Science ships DO sell, and they sell well. Good ones do anyway.
you cannot pretend that the level of development we see in STO is anywhere remotely close to what a healthy game backed by a decently sized company would recieve. that is completely intellectually dishonest. Of course I want the best for the game since its the only one of its kind which takes place in the "real" star trek…
Oh I've long since moved on for when I want to play a game for PVE but STO has a niche for one simple reason- Star Trek. Sadly PWE will do only the bare minimum to keep the license and not a shred more.
I think the devs honestly care and want to treat the players and customers right but PWE are cruel and out of touch overlords and usually will not allow them to do what they know they should.
Making all orions green wouldn't be too bad as long as you get to choose the shade of green.. If you want to play a "human" in KDF so bad you could simply use aliengen
It's not the time I have to wait usually its the fact I push ready then sit around for 5 minutes or more wondering it I'll get into the TFO or not. the game does not display a count of people who readied up anymore.
I didnt understand what you meant at first since other games queue systems often work a little differently. for instance in FFXIV if someone declines it gives you a message at least.. so you know it happened. it also displays the number of people who pushed ready by role (Role display would of course not be needed in STO)
