Thank you for the suggestions; I'd probably just make things worse by trying to improve things. I was just afraid that Arc 3.0 was incompatible with my computer or something; glad that that is not the case.

Evilmark is correct: "All Skill Points and Expertise rewards have been doubled for the weekend!" under the About section on the Overview menu. Regardless, even if it were crafting XP, that still would have been something "advertised" and changed the day before to a marks weekend.

Thank you for the replies. I understand restricting the 360 weapons but just wanted to know if there was something obvious on the weapon tooltip that would have warned me so that I am not confused/annoyed in the future if there is a similar item type restriction.

Any particular reason why this was changed the day before the XP bonus weekend? I bought extra character slots from last weekend's ZEN bonus in anticipation of the bonus XP weekend. A very minor complaint: Looks like the server went down about 10 minutes earlier than scheduled (at least I am seeing the red dot and get "server unavailable at this time"), which meant I couldn't set up some long term Admirality assignments. Again, very minor, but a little more annoying given the length of this patch.

It wasn't available to me this morning when the cooldown should have reset, so it appears to have ended with the event.

Just to be 100% sure: items like the Winter Jackets can be worn anywhere/any time of year, correct? I didn't buy anything in the summer event because some of the tooltips said "only on Risa." The Winter Jackets I looked at did not seem to have a similar restriction, but I don't want to be surprised. Thanks.

DOFF and mail changes are two of the many nice changes. One thing: my patcher is showing 7-9:30 for maintenance. It would be nice if that was correct, as I imagine more players see that than check the forums. Q!

I am an idiot who didn't read that the mission wasn't available until 6:00 pm PDT (I just assumed it would be available once maintenance was finished this morning) tonight. Hopefully the lack of storyline progression won't be an issue once the mission is available.
