Just to be 100% sure: items like the Winter Jackets can be worn anywhere/any time of year, correct?
I didn't buy anything in the summer event because some of the tooltips said "only on Risa." The Winter Jackets I looked at did not seem to have a similar restriction, but I don't want to be surprised. Thanks.
I actually use the Black long version of the jacket as part of a semi-combat uniform along with parts of the Kobali outfit, mercenary accessories and the WoK headgear. I don't use it often, generally preferring one of the reputation armor appearances, but I'll use it on occasion.
The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.
Does anyone have a decent screen shot of the five possible present spawning locations in Winter Invasion? Shots of the overhead map, or even good descriptions?

You might have picked one up somewhere and its multiplying in your inventory. they ARE tribbles after all.

Any time a tribble or two are left in your inventory with food, and I mean any time, they will multiply... and they will get out of hand and eat up just about anything with value...
