I could see this being a Featured Episode but I do not think they would change everything because of it. If we simply removed Iconians from the time stream like Annarex did to so many species, this would be one of the changes that happened.
I read the backstory. Some of it is interesting but I do not care for a number of parts of it. It should definitely take place further in the future if they are going to be exploring another Galaxy. I do not understand why the person has Muslims under Milky Way Galaxy aliens. Muslims are a religious group not an alien…
Ferengi Lobi store sells cats for 30 lobi. It is random though. So, exchange is way to get it for certain or you can gamble and get random color from lobi store.
That would be nice. What would be even nicer is if our BOFFS could use off-duty uniforms or them to go back and change the unlockable stuff into uniforms, e.g. Ferengi merchant jacket, etc.
Well, there are options if they plan to continue forward. The Andromeda galaxy as that was where the Iconians were hiding all this time. They could also open up the Gamma Quadrant.
I agree it didnt make sense. We placed the charges around the Omega Generators. They were obviously able to be remotely detonated. Why werent they detonated. We stabilized the molecules in them. And if the problem was that we didnt place the charges around this main generator, why didnt we go with him to the base of the…
I agree with the original poster. And to be clear, I have a JHA, Galor, and D'Kora to name a few. No where was it said that the ships would be the top ships forever. Games advance and what is hot and impressive now fades. It is a common theme in MMOs. If you have invested hundreds and hundreds of dollars in the game, you…
I doubt the Hirogen play too big a role. The Hirogen are nomadic and we have already seen a large number of them having found their way down to the Beta quadrant and allied with Tal'Shair or Sela's Empire. That said since the assets are in game, I guess it wouldn't be hard to throw them in some of the missions. The Krenim…
My guesses for some of the first lockboxes are: Kazon lockbox (this seems like a given) Hazari lockbox (I could see Hazari tactical boffs being in this or in lobi store)
It is an interesting idea. Personally, I would like some sort of monster play type of thing similar to Lord of the Rings Online. In that game, they have an area specifically designated for PvP. The issue is that all the player characters are on the good side of the war with Sauron. So, the PvP aspect allows players to play…
Although not the biggest fan of the KDF side of the game, I think the Gorn would be the species to develop. As territorial as they are, I don't think Klingon rule would suit them long. We know that there is conflict between the Hegemony and Klingons even now.
I have never liked any applied V'Ger/Borg connection. The need to put humans at the center of everything is outdated. We are already the center of the Federation/Starfleet. This said, the Borg do not have to have a homeworld. It only takes one crazy scientist on a spaceship or space station to start the Borg off. I imagine…
That is really amazing... god is a mathematician/programmer. While I realize that this will never happen in this game, it would be an excellent way for a Star Trek game to generate the exploration feel. It is actually disturbing a little when you think about it. We are at the stage where we can "create" things we can never…
My Bynar character has a Bynar doff named One Zero which is rare quality but it isn't a consultant, i want to say it is technician but i will have to look when I get out of work.
Yes, this sounds like a bug. You start out having 20 doff assignment slots but this can be increased some through Fleet purchases of slots. It sounds like you assignment is not updating its completion. Once it is complete, you should be able to accept the reward and free the slot.
My guess is it is Benthos from the episode where we never saw the Benthans except for a couple of their ships. They mention the Benthan Guard in their recent dev posts. From the episode, we know that the Bethans are moderately advanced.
Yeah, the Ocampa that lived with Suspiria. We never found out what became of her and them. Perhaps with the Caretaker dead, she went back and decided to take care of the Ocampa. Also, recall that Kes went back with her ship and evolved powers to be with her people on Ocampa at the end of "Fury". Her ship, knowledge, and…
My suggestions for the Captain's Table are as follows: 1) Remove the entrance point of the Captain's Table from Sol and Qu'nos. It looks weird and out of place there. 2) Have the Captain's table be a transwarp ability which has a reasonably short cool down, 3) Maybe have a few unique doff missions that occur only on the…
While the game does have it's flaws, over all I think they have created something unique that in many ways captures Star Trek. I purchased a Life-time subscription back when the game was in Beta and have purchased the occasional thing over the year. The Romulan expansion was great in my opinion and I hold hope that the…
Not this nonsense again. If you can say with a straight face that you have never misspoken or mispronounced while giving a public speech then you are either lying or haven't done it.
Starfleet could have banned travel to their planetary system because their species was deemed too xenophobic for additional contact. I have to rewatch the epsiode but did the species have warp drive? Remember Janeway was all alone in the Delta Quadrant, every contact was a first contact and rules were bent. Starfleet…
I wonder if the race we get to see the homeworld of are the Vidiians. We know from the episode Think Tank that their plague was cured. It would be interesting to see how the species pulled itself back together following a plague which basically changed who they were.
Well, a lot of the writing in game doesn't make sense if you think about it too long. My assumption is that they wanted to create intrigue behind these Dysons spheres. Remember the Jolean sphere jumped/disappeared when we activated the gateways to save New Romulus. The Solanae sphere allowed for a new sphere which no one…
That is what it sounds like to me. I have been a supporter of Cryptic from the beginning through beta, through the change to free to play, to the grind that has come about with Perfect World. I have the life subscription but I think I am at the stage where they can pretty much count on me not buying another thing from…
