Been awhile since I played this one but I think the Captain uses radiation damage? Consider taking boffs that have inherit radiation damage resistance like Androids and etc.
* Actual exploration. * The return of the star clusters. * A way to replay classic missions like Crack in the Mirror. * The Gamma quadrant as a place to explore and not just kill people. * The NX-01 and Discovery interiors, complete and not just the bridge. * An actual use for the holodecks on our ships, academy and fleet…
I've always liked that bridge from an aesthetic stand point and used it on a lot of my Science ships. From a practical stand point it's nonsensical but that's another discussion. :D The bridge I use most these days is the Origin bridge. It's the best made of the "generic" bridge types and I pretty much never see any of the…
Cardassian armor and ground weapons. Maybe even a four piece Cardassian ground set. Actually make it two four piece sets: one with an Obsidian Order theme and the other with a Central Command theme.
When I commission a new vessel, I generally do it at 39. Partially because of the low traffic volume, and partially due to the ship selector and bank being so close together. That being said, the base definitely needs a revamp both aesthetically and story wise.
At the risk of throwing gas on a fire, I'm going to go ahead and answer as well as clarify. I'm one of the players who received the promotional email. I am a lifer but I hadn't played STO in over two months. In fact I had uninstalled the game. This is the second time in two years I have taken a long break from STO. Last…
Confirmed this fixed for me as well. On the same Advanced tab, I also increased the amount of RAM my video card was using. Was set to 128 MB even though I have 3 GB.
I voted incorrectly. Spread over all of my admirals, I have about 90 ships. A third of those ships are on my main, from back when the latest lockbox ship was important to me.
I could be excited about it, if there is going to be some bonafide exploration. I've seen a lot about the remastered Cardassian episodes, the Badlands battlezone and the Admirality system. I haven't really seen much of the exploration we're going to be refocusing on.
Hands down, it was season 7. The Romulan faction and Nimbus 3 kept me replaying it for months, on multiple characters. I hadn't enjoyed content to that extent since the original Breen featured episodes.
