Unable to complete transaction: The price of the product has changed

Recently returned to STO after a long hiatus and when I try to redeem a c-store ship, I am presented with the following error:

"Unable to complete transaction: The price of the product has changed. please verify the new price before purchasing."

But the price is listed as "Free", as these are already purchased c-store ships.

Anyone experienced this before/have a fix?

Is this a known issue? If so, is there an ETA on a fix? Obviously being prevented from accessing content that has been bought and paid for is frustrating, to say the least.

    Same thing happened to me. Came back after a long hiatus and was confronted with this bug. MAJOR frustrating.

    Add me to the list of people experiencing this. It's very frustrating as it prevents me from picking up the one ship I really want at this rank.
