I completed all three projects today, no buying or anything, just doing the races. The Sarr Theln discount works fine, but the Chell Grett and Plesh Brek does not.
The main problem I've had is that since zone chat is across instances, if you use it to look for a team chances are you'll end up split with some of them in a full instance, and getting across instances is tricky at best.
This is a terrible idea. I can see nerfing the damage a bit, but the survivability was the best (only good thing?) about DR. Unless you're willing to scale donw enemy HP to the same extent, this is a horrible idea.
You can also run the two EPTX powers thing using a Drake setup, and that doesen't tank your aux which means you can take advantage of the amazing Nukara Traits, as well as the possibilities the science seating enjoys.
To be fair, a lot of MMO's have significant lead-up time: IE: It might take months to change stuff even if thy do get the feedback. So just becuase the beta suggestions aren't in the live build doesen't neccessarily mean they don't liste.
Honestly, AI specifically really isn't an issue *in STF's* since they're fairly heavily pre-scripted anyway. (there might be trouble because the game is pseudo-3D, which makes things suprirsingly harder, but AI shouldn't really be any real obstacle to having other difficulties)
Most likely they're going to tweak things and this is just birthing pains due to lack of proper lead-up time and ignoring the betatesters. How long it takes to fix stuff like this depends though, could take months.

I'm still baffled by the STF change. If anything you'd think they want to incentivize running STF's (since it's the biggest team-oriented content we have) Making it both harder AND reducing the rewards seems really, really counterproductive.
The nerf of the queue rewards is silly. They're already a pretty bad time investment compared to the battlezone in terms of dilithium. No reason to make it worse. 480/960/1920) would be fine, this is not.
