Adm. SJ's crew needs the 'scoop-me' boots (i.e. - unadorned, knee-high, with corresponding tights - not combat boots, not snowmobile boots, and not the MU thigh-highs Cryptic should have given to the CO lifetimers), the uniform minidress (lower neckline, higher hemline), and a B-52/beehive hair option…

    Boots? Not yet…
    Tights? No idea…
    Mini-dress TOS uniforms? Promised…
Beehive? YOU BETCHA!!! Tribble server, select option "Hair Bun 05", see results in my avatar.

Baby steps in the right direction, Cryptic, well done. :D

I don't need to be impressed.
    I'll settle for happy.

The news of these female uniforms coming, and more/better hair options makes me very happy.

Nek, I'm coming from WAR, where, a year and a ½ later, the dye patterns on the Witch Hunter armor still aren't right. Compared to that, two months is rapid response.

Now, let's just hope it's not another two months before the next baby step.

WAR doesn't pride itself on it's "awesome character creation"

They were tired of giving Nekolix such a convenient soapbox. The dude can do nothing but complain, despite the fact that many of these missing options are things he doesn't have access to anyway.

It's still listed on the latest 'Engineering Report' so this thread wasn't really needed anymore.

But I was pretty happy to see the TOS hairstyles madde it in over on Tribble. Wasn't expecting those.

Of course it is. Revenue is a right, according to everyone who flocks to the 'it's a business!' defense.

If it means you aren't here, the game will be in better shape than it is today.

In the March 22 Engineering Report:

TOS Mirror Universe Female Outfit (April)
    TOS Female Minidress Update (April)

Looks like it won't be too much longer. Hope they did a good job.

I'll belive it when it's live

    After all

"mirror universe costume available at the games launch (February 2nd)" was promised once
as was "Tos uniforms will be available after the head start, feb 2"

So until it's is live it's just more empty promises

Unfortunately, I have to agree with this.

I feel ya. I've been disappointed thus far but I'm hopeful. The only date we got before was "not right around the corner". Now that they stepped up communication and transparency we know they are shooting for next month. Also, dstahl told me today that the lead character artist has this printed and taped to his cubical. Enough for me to cross my fingers.

Heh, wondered if you were still around...

Do have to say, they haven't exactly encouraged a lot of faith on the matter, since they had to be raked over the coals to even admit any problems.

Haha you should have posted with the kaleidoscope colors you used during the closed beta fiasco! :p

But yeah, they certainly sold a product that was not ready. It's time for them to make good on what was advertised and then some. And I will certainly be weary of any trek uniforms from the c-store. My wallet will be closed to those until I see it's a finished costume set with all the canon details, male & female available. No more half assed cosmetics.

Thought I'd mention, since tickets are getting me nowhere fast, that the admirals pips for the ST:TNG movie uniform dont work. All I get is a grey sheath around my neck.

    Please fix!

I'm not sure if this has been answered yet, but I haven't found it. Anyway, I know that the new off duty uniforms have come out, and my old bridge officers are able to wear them , yet I can not get any of my new Bridge officers to wear them? What's going on here?

In fairness, they were supposed to be done by 2/2/2010. Amusing how clearly the adverts state they'd be available at release, no disclaimer or anything. So the full package of goods we purchased with the CO lifetime hasn't been delivered, past the promised date... why that's grounds for a refund!

    You are one smart cookie....lol

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet:
You cannot use the DS9,VOY and later TNG movies combadge with the DS9 uniform set.
However that badge can be used with every other uniform I have.
Thus I am unable to make Voyager uniforms for my crew.

Wow! 100% improvement!!! If they can impliment this change, this will do wonders for the community!!!

The graphic forget to mention the black stockings that should also be added, but I will over look that item if they can make the female uniform like this!
