I've got all the Maco costume looks unlocked but it won't give me any omega costumes other than the original look I've even completed all the Elite STF optionals and have the accolade.
Also Omega Force Shadow Operative is not unlocking even though I have completed Omega Force Operative and MACO Team Commander Accolades,
Upon receiving all 3 pieces of a single Mk XI (or higher) set of Omega gear, you should see a Costume Unlock Project appear in your list of Reputation projects. This project will not appear if you claim a mixed set (e.g., 2 pieces of KHG Mk XI and 1 of KHG Mk XII, or 2 pieces of MACO Mk XII and 1 of Adapted MACO Mk XII).
It is only after running and claiming this project that you are able to modify your Omega gear using the Tailor.
Could anyone take a screen shot of this reputation project in their menu and post it? Please!
I'd love to see what the project should look like prior to completing because I'm sure I should have this project in my available list and I sure as he[[ cant find it. Thx

you would think they would have fixed this issue by now. I guess not. I dont know what they have to do to give me my KHG visuals, but at this point, over a year later, I dont care. I have the needed accolades. I have the needed armor. The project even appeared just fine for the Omega XII, so i have those visuals. but not my KHG. Do they go account by account for everyone who posts here? With 59 pages in the thread (at my time of posting this) it was TLDR, so I didnt check to see if anyone has even got any sort of resolution. Every ticket I submitted came back with "we checked, everything is working properly". Which is insulting to no end. if it was working properly.... where are my costume unlocks? I can post any screen shots they need of my accolades and uniform options. the devs can even meet me in game and i can show them the gear and other costumes as visual proof since screen shots can be altered. but this is unacceptable. They have fixed and added things in this game no one asked to be fixed and that no one wanted, yet this issue has been around for so long. Whatever fix Roxy was supposed to offer isnt there since all she does now is tell me where the omega store is. its just so unbelievable that this issue is had by so many, has been left unresolved for so long. is there a customer service number available to get personal help with this? after a year, I am done waiting.

There is no resolution. There is no fix. There is no character editor for a dev or a GM to use to fix this.
Every three or four months. a dev will poke their head in this thread and give us some hope that they might do something, but nothing comes of it.
We keep this thread alive so as to disposes cryptic of any notion that we might forget about this issue. We keep this thread alive rather then any of the many others because this is the thread that reminds cryptic they have publicly acknowledged the issue and promised to give it attention.
If you want something to be done about this bug help us keep it bumped up. But don't hold much hope for a resolution this decade.
Sigh...still nothing. And the new podcast indicates the devs are extremely busy with NEW content while squashing bugs for CURRENT content gets lowest/no priority...

I dont see any reason they should just forget about this issue. Other different thing is they dont want to do anything about it. The reason why? who knows, honestly, at this point is a great mistery. But as other really important bugs on the game, u right, and its probably that we will never see them fixed. At least i cancelled my sub in the right time and i dont care too much about the bugs anymore. Im really tired lol. And i only been playing for a few months.. lol.
