Yeah, looking at the chart I see the peregrine is the "unfinished" version. Also something i've wondered about, any plans to update the couple of ships which models have been updated? Minor thing but the T4 Galaxy appears to be the older model before it was improved. Another i'm not positive on but has the Defiant been updated as well? I thought the current ones nacelles sloped inward as it's supposed to?

They boosted the HP of the Peregrine and To'duj from 5000 to 5500. Also, the turn rate is now confirmed to be 33 deg/sec and an impulse modifier of 0.30.
There's a LOT of mistakes that need to be fixed:
Class F shuttle has a turn rate of 24, not 28 and hull of 5000, not 6000.
Starter Cruiser has an inertia of 50, not 45.
TOS Constitution has turn rate of 11.4, not 11.
Cruiser has turn rate of 9, not 8.
Heavy Cruiser has turn rate of 8, not 7.
Advanced Heavy Cruiser has an inertia of 30, not 40.
Dreadnought Cruiser has an inertia of 25, not 15.
Exploration Cruiser Retrofit has impulse modifier of 0.15, not 0.17.
Light Escort has turn rate of 14, not 16 and an impulse modifier of 0.17, not 0.20.
Tactical Escort Retrofit has an inertia of 70, not 60.
Fleet Escort has an inertia of 60, not 70.
Science Vessel has turn rate of 14, not 11 and impulse modifier of 0.15, not 0.13.
Research Science Vessel has impulse modifier of 0.15, not 0.17.

That's actually a bug with both fighters. If you save anything from the ship customization window, the model is reverted to the lower-quality NPC-version. QA is aware of the problem, so hopefully a fix will come before they're released.

Trek17, I'd been meaning to go back and add the skin prices. I even had it on my "to-do list" for a while, but I guess it fell through the cracks and I never remembered to go back and do this for Fed ship skin / classes. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'll try to have them all included very soon, if not in the next update.

You're correct, the starter KDF BoP only has a standard cloak. I know of no way you can find out the turn rate from just regularly flying the vessel, but fortunately that data is given at the Tier consoles in ESD Starship Requisitions and Qo'noS Shipyard.
I confirmed the following:
Light Cruiser & TOS Constitution: +5 Power to all Subsystems
NX: +5 Power to Weapons
Oberth: +5 Power to Auxiliary
...Light Cruiser & TOS Constitution: +5 Power to all Subsystems...

Ok, I just retested with a new Ensign 2 character, fresh out of the Training Mission, who has no space buffing Traits and no points invested in power altering skills.
Currently on Holodeck the Light Cruiser (including the TOS Connie) provide no Ship Power Buff. I own the NX and tested that as well, it is working as described in my link above and gives +5 to Weapon Power. I do not have the Oberth, so can not test that.
I was able to further confirm PH's note about the ESD Ship Database and it does say the Light Cruisers should have a +5 to all Subsystems. I opened the following ticket:
The ESD Ship Database describes both the Light Cruiser and TOS Constitution Class Cruiser as having +5 Power to all Subsystems. I just tested both ships, and neither has any Power buff affecting any of the subsystems. Please correct either the buff or the database (I prefer the former).

The buffs gained by the NX and Oberth appear to have been balanced out by both ships having less than half the crew of the Light Cruiser types. I can't really say if that's an effective mitigation. *shrugs* With all the Borg BOffs and Efficient captains running around a small buff to Light Cruiser power is hardly worth the resource allocation. The little Miranda/Luna kitbash ships I've flown have performed more than sufficiently to get my Fed' captains to their LtC promotions.:)

The shipyard information used to be false for a very long time, it didn't contain the upgrade to the Cruiser turn rates and the turn rates of DSSV and RSV were switched.
It is possible that could fixed, but they have to be taken with care.
