To be fair there are one or two nice people to chat to on ESD. The trouble is, the lack of playable content in the game has forced all the fools into one place like some sort of concentrated idiot juice.

1.Dentals are disgruntled Devs.
2. Dentals have some shadowy alliance with Devs against the players.
3. Dentals are master hackers
4. Dentals are literal North Koreans spreading juche propaganda.
5. Dentals are a religious cult
6. EVERY member of Dental is a Nbreeki alt, who in turn is actually a Butts alt.
7. Members of Dental are actually terrorists who hate democracy and western values.
8. Dentals create hundreds of alts and use their power in numbers to get members/sympathizers in mod positions
Any others? Can we fill in some blanks here? These are just off the top of my head, but I'm sure there are others floating around.

That kinda is the basis of assertions. Until proof to the contrary is provided by the person claiming Starfleet Dental is not innocent, they are. The burden of proof lies on anyone claiming Starfleet Dental, the first and finest fleet, is guilty.
Admittedly, some proof to substantiate Olivia being a guy using another person's images would also be quite welcome. And hilarious. Burden of proof and all that.

Since when was Olivia's offline identity put on trial? We're discussing serious TOS violations with Olivia being the victim of said violations.
