    Granted (if you meant "better" as in "more competent"), but the new PM decides to conquer the world, ending humanity.

    It self-destructs, destroying half the quadrant along with it. The resulting wreckage is dubbed "Shiva".

    I wish I didn't have to do "Sphere of Influence" to get into the Dyson Sphere.
